Exercising Parental Rights

Contact Arrangements
The parent with whom the child does not reside has the right to regular contact. The arrangement includes specific days and times for meetings, holidays, and public holidays. If no agreement is reached, the court determines the arrangement.
Child Maintenance
The parent with whom the child does not reside owes monthly maintenance. Its amount is determined by the child's needs and the parent's financial means. The minimum maintenance is ¼ of the national minimum wage.
